This is what we had on the white board the other day for needs
Needs
Must work on the roof of a building ( we will chose a specific location)
Self contained (electricity and HVAC)
Have both a sleeping pod and a restroom pod
Use Solar/Wind Power for Electricity
Use Thermal Collectors to Provide heat
Use water gathered for rain as primary water source
Be designed to be used primarily for sleeping
Have Storage for 1 or 2 bags
user uses an automated check in (single or double option available)
sinks/toilets/showers in separate unit
maybe have some open space possibly for lounging
needs atleast 3.5 ft above the bed
